Jude Ezemwenghian Nosagie, Esq. (Director) is a Criminal Justorian who graduated from Texas Southern University, Houston Texas, USA. He holds Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Thurgood Marshal School of Law, Houston Texas, USA. He is an accomplished practicing lawyer in USA, with many accolades to his credit. His hard work earned him a license to practice in the District of Columbia, Washington, DC in 1995 and the State of Texas, USA. He is also a member of the elite College of the State Bar of Texas, USA.

He is a seasoned manager of resources with over 18 years robust corporate experience in finance, oil and gas, and hospitality sectors both within and outside the country.

He is Chairman of the prestigious Precious Palm Royal Hotel in Benin City, Managing Director of Jubob Keystone Engineering Nig. Limited, and a founding shareholder at Prosperity Microfinance Bank Nig. Limited, Benin City. He is a recipient of several awards, both in Nigeria and abroad, including His Royal Majesty, Omo N’Oba N’Edo, Uku Akpolokpolo, Oba of Benin Kingdom's award of excellence. He is a prominent member of the Benin Forum (a think-tank advisory body) of the Oba of Benin, and a member of reputable associations in Nigeria and overseas.

J. E. Nosagie, Esq. is a philanthropist with a vision of mentoring and empowering the needy and low-income earners to become successful entrepreneurs. He has also consistently advocated the need for Nigerians in Diaspora to come home and take up investment opportunities in Nigeria with a view to growing the Nigerian economy. He currently sits on the Audit Committee of Stanbic IBTC Bank Plc. He was a two-time Vice President of the National Association of Microfinance Banks (NAMB).
