Profile of Board Director

Barrister U.L. Osa-Uwagie (Director) is a successful private legal practitioner. He graduated from Edo State University, now Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State in 1999 with a Bachelor in Law Degree.

Called to the Bar in 2003, he was appointed and sworn in as a Notary Public for Nigeria in 2010. He has served as external solicitors to many corporate organisations, non-governmental organisations, and government establishments in Nigeria.

He is currently on the Board of Prosperity Microfinance Bank as non-Executive Director, and is a member of the Board Credit Management Committee.
